By providing a Submission, you represent and warrant that:

you have the right, authority, permission, consent, or legal basis to provide the Submission;
the Submission does not violate any law or third-party right;
the Submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge where factual accuracy is relevant;
the Submission does not contain unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful material;
any personal information about another person was provided with appropriate authority or consent where required.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, you grant the Foundation a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, store, copy, adapt, edit, excerpt, publish, display, distribute, archive, digitize, describe, index, catalog, translate, preserve, create derivative works from, and otherwise use Submissions for Foundation purposes, including, but not limited to, educational, charitable, cultural, historical, archival, research, public humanities, communication, reporting, fundraising, administrative, legal, and promotional purposes.

The Foundation is not required to use, publish, preserve, return, review, acknowledge, display, restrict, or maintain any Submission unless required by a separate written agreement.

9. Archival, Historical, Cultural, and Research Materials

The Foundation may collect, preserve, describe, digitize, display, publish, restrict, transfer, or otherwise manage archival, historical, cultural, educational, research, or public-interest materials.

Access to such materials may be subject to donor restrictions, copyright, privacy interests, ethical considerations, cultural sensitivity, preservation concerns, technical limits, intellectual-property rights, legal obligations, institutional policy, or Foundation discretion.

The Foundation may correct, update, restrict, remove, annotate, contextualize, or decline to publish materials when appropriate. The Foundation does not guarantee that archival, historical, cultural, or research materials are complete, accurate, unbiased, comprehensive, current, or free from offensive, outdated, or historically sensitive content.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, design, text, graphics, images, logos, layout, code, audio, video, downloads, documents, and other materials are owned by the Foundation, licensed to the Foundation, used with permission, or used under applicable legal doctrines.
