24. Automated Tools, Decision-Making, and Profiling
We do not currently use website information for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
We use or may use automated tools for purposes including, but not limited to:
- spam detection;
- bot detection;
- security monitoring;
- fraud prevention;
- analytics;
- routing communications;
- processing forms;
- managing email lists;
- website administration;
- operational efficiency.
If automated tools are later used for eligibility, ranking, access, program participation, grantmaking, scholarships, benefits, or other significant decisions, the Foundation should review and update this Privacy Policy and related procedures before deployment.
25. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Controls, and Browser Signals
Some browsers or devices offer “Do Not Track,” Global Privacy Control, or similar privacy signals.
The website may not respond to all such signals unless required by applicable law or supported by the systems and providers used by the website.
