How the Foundation is governed
The Quijano Foundation for Hispanic Concord is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board provides oversight of the Foundation’s mission, strategy, and finances and ensures that the organization continues to operate for charitable and educational purposes.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is composed of five voting directors, each serving as a Prefect with responsibility for a core area of the Foundation’s work.

As a new organization, the Foundation is building its public reporting library. Once available, this page will provide links to key documents, including:
- IRS Form 990 or 990-N
- Basic annual financial summaries
- Annual reports on activities
